Friday 20th May 2011 will go down for us in 'dog history' as Archie was awarded his 3rd Challenge Certificate at the Scottish Kennel Club Show under judge Dan Ericsson. He is now officially a UK CHAMPION!

It was a very special day for us - he was handled perfectly by Dawn in the ring to win the Open Class and then I was over the moon to handle him in the challenge and win the CC - Gerry and I could not contain our amazement, excitement and proudness and both were reduced to tears (not a pretty sight!!!).

Added to this win, Dawn and Pam's Jack won the RDCC and a Carradine puppy won PBIB! Archie's win was also his sire's Fred (owned by Brett) first UK Champion. So it was a fantastic day all round!

THANK YOU to all the people who have been our support and friends over the past 3 years and to Dawn and Rosemary for their ongoing guidance, support and friendship. We are so proud to own our Cairns and this was a day that we will never forget.....

We would also like to thank the judges who have awarded him his 5 RCC's to date (Margaret McKinley, Sue Kinton, Martin Phillips, Jeanette Smith & David Winsley) and his other 2 CC's (Peter Bakewell with Best of Breed and Margaret Jones with Best of Breed)....and his 4th CC too (Anne Kippen)....!
